Anger & Aggression Management Course Level 2

£249.00

It is a known fact that the confusion of angry feelings with aggressive behaviour creates a tremendous barrier to the expression of the natural, healthy, universal and useful human emotion that we call anger. Individuals who have controlled their anger do not openly express their feelings, but this in itself is destructive behaviour because suppressed, undealt with anger is unhealthy and can lead to a wide range of physical and psychiatric disorders.
