Individuals who have controlled their anger do not openly express their feelings, but this in itself is destructive behaviour because suppressed, undealt with anger is unhealthy and can lead to a wide range of physical and psychiatric disorders.

There are no previous skills or qualifications required to register for this study programme. This course is open to students of all ages and backgrounds. On average this course is completed in 60 hours (4/5 months).  Extensions can be arranged if students do not complete within the year and charges will apply. We would ask you to contact our office on 0800 0131030 for latest extension fees if required.

All students on this course will be registered to a personal tutor who is contactable via telephone, email or post. This course is completed using continual assessment, allowing your tutor to closely monitor your progress every step of the way. Therefore no examination is required.
