NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioners help people come up with solutions in their lives to a wide range of complex problems and situations. NLP is often used in therapeutic work, personal change work, motivational work and sales or presentational cases. This can mean working with a diverse range of clients with all sorts of personal and professional problems. You will gain the knowledge required to work with a range of different people, with varying issues, from different backgrounds. NLP tools can enable you to assist them in formulating new answers and strategies in life. Achieving a Practitioner level in NLP involves the demonstration of high levels of knowledge and a high potential level of competence in managing, training and coaching others. The course contains the agreed content as recommended by a number of international organisations for Practitioner grade. It also relates this content to the NOS National Occupational Standards for Counselling (ENTO 1995) and a number of additional range statements. This professional practitioner training course is designed to provide competence in the use of NLP to a recognised level. Practitioner level is equal to that of an advanced Diploma and is designed to enable specialised NLP practice. This Qualification is appropriate for students wishing to work in a professional context as a stand-alone professional practitioner.Entry requirements: There are no previous skills or qualifications required to register for this study programme. Assessment method: This course is completed using continual assessment, allowing your tutor to closely monitor your progress every step of the way. Therefore no examination is required. Examination: No examination is necessary Qualification: On completion of your course, you will receive two qualifications: Qualification 1: Advanced Neuro Linguistic Programming DiplomaDiploma entitling you to use the letters SAC Dip after your name. Qualification 2: ASET Level 4 Advanced Neuro Linguistic Programming AwardThis Course leads to an ASET Level 4 Award Certificate for successful learners. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework (NFQ) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSE's are at levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3). The Award has been designed by a learning provider to meet specific learners' or employers' requirements and as such is not listed as a qualification on NQF. While the duration, content or assessment may vary from similar national qualifications, in accrediting the programme at level 4. ASET attests that its learning outcomes are at an equivalent level to a level 4 national qualification.
Professional MembershipOn completion of this course students can apply for membership to the Society for Holistic Therapists and Coaches (SHTC), a professional body who are dedicated to recognised standards of qualification and practice - students will also be able to use the initials 'SHTC' after their names.
