Are there any previous skills or qualifications required to register for this course? Good news!! No previous skills are required, allowing students at all levels to enrol. This course presumes no knowledge What qualification is awarded upon completion? All successful students will be awarded the ASET Level 3 Diploma in Grief & Bereavement Counselling. This is a fully recognised qualification. See qualification page Am I required to sit an exam? No! This course is completed using the continual assessment method which allows your tutor to carefully monitor your progress every step of the way. Therfore no examination is necessary. Do I have to attend any classes? No! This course can be completed entirely from the comfort of your own home.
What if I have a question relating to my course? No problem! All students on this course will be assigned a personal tutor who they can call with any questions they may have. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Practical training is not required in order to complete the course. Students will receive both the College Diploma and the ASET Award even if they do not complete the optional practical training.
