Level: 3

Project management course: This home learning course in Project Management is a must for any student looking to move into management. This very rewarding but demanding distance learning course will offer you everything required to enhance your career or help you make massive strides if considering entering this line of work. One of the most popular courses on offer from the UK Open College continues to create massive interest year after year. Enjoy the benefits and flexibility Open Learning brings. See details below for our Open Learning Diploma in Project Management.

Although the term is commonly used, no specific definition exists. If you ask two different people what project management means to them then you will often have two different answers. Often though, when one talks of project management one is referring to a process of managing a project. However, this process is by no means simple. Project management involves a number of interrelated activities which are needed to achieve a specific goal or set of objectives.

Unlike most Project Management courses, this diploma course introduces you to the field of project management in a unique self-paced and practical format. This course presumes that you have no prior knowledge of managerial or technical subjects and will guide you, step-by-step, on your project journey.
